Michele Cobb is a is a leading expert in the $2.2 billion North American audiobook market, and over the past decade of digital transformation has been a sought-after speaker at more than 100 conferences in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. She has worked with numerous global brands in audiobooks, publishing, and podcasts, and specializes in strategic business development. Michele has held executive leadership positions at five publishing industry organizations, including The Audio Publishers Association, The Podcast Academy, and The Publishers Cooperative. She has led over 50 major events, including awards and conferences. Michele is also the publisher of independent audiobook company MMB Media and is Executive Producer of the award-winning Stories of Impact Podcast.

Michael Desrosiers
Mike has been a business leader in finance and operations for over 25 years. After passing the CPA exam he began his career in the corporate office of the precious metals division of Cookson America in the late ’80s. This was where Mike was first exposed to acquisitions & divestitures as well as working in operations, identifying synergies, and implementing integration plans in corporations. At Cookson, he worked his way through division controllerships to become director of financial reporting opportunities. Upon leaving Cookson, Mike served as CFO for several medium-sized entities. These included publicly traded, foreign-owned, and private-equity-backed organizations where he spearheaded several acquisitions and mergers. Mike joined a division of the British Broadcasting Corporation as director of Finance & Operations and later was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, in charge of the day-to-day operations of BBC Audiobooks America. He is currently President of MMB Media, LLC.
